Amelia Darnell: Secrets of Silvercrest Village

Airtight Alibi Productions, LLC

I assisted in launching an independent game production company, planning and promoting a fundraiser campaign which exceeded the goal by 10.5%.

Additionally, I assisted with concept planning, team-building, and pre-production for the mystery adventure PC game.

Take Chances Travel

I managed a travel website launch project from initiation through implementation to build a website iteratively to effectively fulfill customer needs as a minimum viable product (MVP).

This included managing and updating documentation on project schedules, success criteria, project milestones, and risk management.

I created and managed a Kanban board in Jira to organize and track sprint progress. I managed timelines and goals, evaluating the progress and adjusting project plans as needed.

Lowry Team Real Estate

I managed complex marketing projects end-to-end and proactively met deadlines while staying within budget and scope. In this role, I documented and managed project schedules, success criteria, and milestones.

I collaborated with cross-functional teams and managed stakeholders to develop and implement a complex marketing plan across multiple channels.

Additionally, I proactively identified gaps in user experience on the company website with data analysis that led to the implementation of design features which boosted yearly revenue through increased engagement and lead capture.

Sauce & Spoon

I managed the Sauce & Spoon Menu Tablet launch as part of a Project Management Capstone Project.

I developed and maintained project artifacts such as the Project Charter, Statement of Work, Budget, RACI chart, Gantt Chart, Impact Report, and Closeout Report.

On this project, there was a strong focus on stakeholder management and communication which I excelled at.
